The second beer we brewed for Brein Storm vzw was immediately a scoop on the Belgian beer market: it is brewed on the basis of sea salt. For this beer, Brein Storm vzw worked together with Ivan Puystiens, North Sea chef of Restaurant OH in Koksijde.


Water, seasalt, barley malt, wheat malt, hop Challenger, Goldings, unrefined cane sugar, top fermenting yeast.

Storage conditions

Store upright, cool and in a dark place.

Pouring conditions

In a Jessenhofkeglass, ideal between 8° & 11° C.
