History
With a grandfather who was a gin distiller it was an easy step to start brewing beer.

The first installation had a capacity of 32 liters.

After a few beers it became clear the amount of work was not in balance with the amount of produced beer.

The installation was extended to a capacity of 90 liters per brewing.

In August 2005 I could buy a semi-professional installation with a capacity of 120 liter.

Since December 2000 many recipes are brewed which lead to the following Organic beers: garlic beer, Hongarian pepper beer, Quinoa beer,....
